Our film on the history of The Rocky Horror Picture Show is in theaters now and a collaboration with Rough House Pictures about love and technology, titled *smiles and kisses you* is currently available for rental and purchase. In addition, we're working on projects for HBO, The Ringer, and Amazon. A selection of work is below.
STRANGE JOURNEY: The Story of Rocky Horror
You know that feeling when a movie isn’t just a movie—it’s a lifeline? That’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show for so many people. It started as this scrappy, offbeat musical and somehow became a full-blown cultural revolution, giving misfits, dreamers, and just about anyone who felt “different” a place to belong. That’s exactly what our documentary dives into—the wild journey of Rocky, its lasting impact, and why, in 2025, it still matters more than ever.
We got to sit down with creator Richard O’Brien, the original cast, and the fans who’ve kept the Rocky spirit alive for 50 years. We’re beyond thrilled to bring this to audiences around the world this fall. So, dust off your fishnets—this one’s gonna be special.
As Trixie Mattel says in the film, "You’d hope we lived in a world where Rocky Horror was a relic, but sadly, that’s not the case—which is why this documentary, and stories like it, are more important than ever."

YACHT ROCK: A DOCKumentary
Th Music Box: Yacht Rock: A DOCKumentary chronicles the rise, fall, and rise again of the soft rock epitomized by artists such as Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Steely Dan, and Toto in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Retroactively dubbed "Yacht Rock," the easy-listening genre came to be gently mocked and even dismissed by rock lovers and critics. However, it has since reclaimed its place in music history and is celebrated in this groove-infused film.
Featured participants include Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald (Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers), Steve Porcaro (Toto), Steve Lukather (Toto), David Paich (Toto), Prince Paul (De La Soul), Brian Robert Jones (Vampire Weekend), Thundercat, Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson (The Roots), Mac DeMarco, Yacht Rock web series creator J.D. Ryznar and host Steve Huey, and comedian Fred Armisen.
HBO Documentary Films presents Music Box: Yacht Rock: A DOCKumentary, a Ringer Films production in association with Margot Station. Producer and director, Garret Price; producers, Adam Gibbs and Madison Cross; executive producers, Jody Gerson, Marc Cimino, and Bill Simmons; co-executive producers Geoff Chow and Sean Fennessey. For HBO: executive producers, Nancy Abraham, Lisa Heller, and Tina Nguyen.
WOODSTOCK 99: PEACE, LOVE, and RAGE
The film, directed by Garret Price, tells the story of Woodstock ‘99, a music festival promoted to echo unity and counterculture idealism of the original 1969 concert, but instead devolved into riots, looting, and sexual assaults.

Unfolding over three days of intense heat and non-stop performances, the film examines how the festival eventually collapsed under the weight of its own misguided ambition and resulted in a grim outcome, earning the event the infamous distinction of “the day the nineties died.”
The documentary focuses a spotlight on American youth at the end of the millennium, in the shadow of Columbine and the looming hysteria of Y2K, pinpointing a moment in time when the angst of a generation galvanized into a seismic cultural shift. Set to a soundtrack of the era’s most aggressive rock bands, the film also reappraises the 1960s mythos, revealing hard truths about the dangers of rose-tinted nostalgia in the age of commercialism and bottom-line profits.
MUSIC BOX, SEASON ONE
Gibbs oversaw production on all six films in the series and produced Woodstock 99: Peace, Love, and Rage, which Price directed.

In addition to Woodstock 99: Peace, Love, and Rage, the series included Jagged, about Alanis Morissette's 1995 groundbreaking album Jagged Little Pill, DMX: Don't Try To Understand, Listening to Kenny G, Mr. Saturday Night, and Juice WRLD: Into the Abyss, and exploration of the all-too-short life and career of Juice WRLD.
THE LAST MOVIE STARS
During the development of Margot Station Gibbs produced The Last Movie Stars with Emily Wachtel and Lisa Long Adler for Nookhouse Productions, and Ryan Hawke for Under the Influence Productions. The project was directed by Ethan Hawke for CNN Films and HBO Max.

The six episode doc dives into the journey of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward from struggling actors to movie stars, and it debuted at SXSW and Cannes in 2022.
LOVE, ANTOSHA
A heartwrenching story about the life of Anton Yelchin, and the first collaboration between Price and Gibbs. The film debuted at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.

Love, Antosha explores Yelchin's successes and his struggles, and let’s viewers get to know this extraordinary person the world was cheated from seeing grow old.
From a prolific career in film and television, Yelchin left an indelible legacy as an actor. Through his journals and other writings, his photography, the original music he wrote, and interviews with his family, friends, and colleagues, this film looks not just at Anton’s impressive career, but at a broader portrait of the man. Born in the former Soviet Union to a family of artists, Anton and his parents came to the U.S. when he was six months old. He started acting at nine. He had a genuine curiosity and love for people, for art, and for family. And a willingness to explore, and be open with, the darker parts of himself.
FINDERS KEEPERS
Gibbs produced the stranger-than-fiction doc that was an Official Selection of Sundance Film Festival 2015.

Directed by Bryan Carberry, the film tells the story of a recovering addict and amputee John Wood who finds himself in a battle to reclaim his mummified leg from Southern entrepreneur Shannon Whisnant, who found it in a grill he bought at an auction.
